SEED Landscape Solutions Inc offers landscape design packages. The Design Packages and prices can be found at https://seedlaso.com/packages for more detailed pricing and service inclusion.
Payment – You explicitly allow us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you for a one-time payment (a “Transaction”) when you make one. We may ask you for additional details pertaining to your Transaction, such as your credit card number, expiry date, and email and postal addresses for notice and payment (collectively, “Payment Information”). When you begin a Transaction, you give us permission to share your Payment Information with third parties so that we may finish the Transaction and charge your chosen payment method (plus any applicable taxes and other charges). Before completing your Transaction, you may need to provide further information to confirm your identity (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information).
REFUNDS/CANCELLING POLICY – Within ten (14) calendar days following your original purchase, you may cancel a Transaction for a full refund if no work has been done on your project. After ten (14) calendar days from your first purchase, you may cancel a Transaction for a full refund, minus a processing charge of 10% of the total purchase cost, if no work has been started on your project. After then, your purchase is final, and you won’t be able to return the item or get your one-time payment back at any point. But suppose an unforeseen circumstance arises while carrying out a Transaction. In that case, we have the right to cancel it for any reason, in which case we’ll reimburse any money you’ve already given us for that Transaction. Send an email to info@seedlaso.com to cancel. Your ability to use the Services will instantly end if you cancel.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Design Delivery – Landscape Design Plans ordered delivery time is stated at https://seedlaso.com/shop-packages. SEED Landscape Design Inc. has the right to extend the delivery time for any reason and will advise the Client updated delivery time of the said plans.
Landscape Plans will be emailed directly to the client’s registered email address and are subject to review and revisions by the Client. The client is entitled to revisions as stated in the package availed. Any additional modifications, especially those addition that was not discussed in the preliminary design will be subject to additional cost. Once the Client has approved, the Landscape Design Plans are deemed final.
