CORONADO POINTE

Coronado Pointe is a neighborhood in Laguna Niguel, California. Coronado Pointe mostly features expansive homes that are very high value.

We, SEED Landscape Solutions Inc. crafted a design that suited the family’s desire for a french garden design compatible with the architectural built of the house.  Minimum planting was placed in the front yard, mostly white roses. 

The lap pool is built with a ceramic fountain as its focal point. This fountain cascades water down the side of the ceramic urn to create a calming, zen-like atmosphere in your backyard. It features LED lights to provide a soft, warm glow so you can enjoy your fountain, day or night. 

We built an attached aluminum pergola which provides an extension of indoor to outdoor living space. The family is very happy to spend day and night outdoors without worrying about the heat of the sun or change of weather. Enjoying every bit of lounging outdoors with the great view of Laguna Beach.
